At Noire Véloir, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at noireveloir@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
